Call for Posters

PDF-Download

Take the opportunity to show what your research can do for science and practice, make valuable contacts and meet people interested in risk, safety, security and research all over the world.

We accept scientific posters in English (PDF). Only completed projects can be submitted and your thesis (bachelor or master) must deal with one of the main topics: risk, safety or security.

Poster Evaluation Process and Best Poster Award

All submitted posters will be evaluated by the jury members and all accepted posters will be included in a virtual exhibition.

In addition to the design (30 points), the submitted posters will be judged on their originality, methodological quality and results (70 points).

In the end, six posters (three on safety/security, three on risk) will be selected by the jury members. If you get shortlisted, you will present your thesis at the online conference on Friday, 22 November 2024.

Furthermore, there will also be a Best Poster Award that will recognize the most outstanding contribution (poster and presentation) per session. In addition, the finalists will receive Honorable Mention Prizes. Each prize includes a cash award (1st place EUR 1000, 2nd place EUR 500, 3rd place EUR 250).

We would like to say a big thank you to our sponsor HiSolutions AG who made the prize money possible.
